Please bring ALL DONATIONS to Bay Harbor by Friday, November 9th at 6:00 pm.
V.I.P. PARKING is still available for $20.00. V.I.P. Parking is located in the Teachers Parking lot off of Birch Road. These spots will be marked. You can come and go throughout the day. Send your name and payment to the office to reserve.
Free OVERFLOW PARKING is at Idlewild Park by Pilgrim Church. Note: No parking on the South Side of Harbor Lights or the West Side of Birch Road. You will be towed or ticketed.
PUNCH CARDS are still available for purchase this week in the office AND at the event. If you have already ordered punch cards, they will be coming home by Friday.
The SILENT AUCTION PROGRAM LISTING is coming home by Friday.
WE ACCEPT credit cards, cash and checks.
If you haven't made your TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATION yet, you are able to do that at the Auction Registration Table at Fall Fest.
